At LaGlits, we want you to shine in your new look, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your LaGlits account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to avoid processing delays.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
